Kingfisher Camps are held each summer for young people who have shown an interest in the Christian life. 

​Young people aged 10 years (school year 5) and above join together for a week camping, enjoying the facilities for Bible studies, sport and crafts.

There will be sufficient leaders at camp who are DBS checked and have a particular interest in the spiritual well being of young people.

The campers will be sleeping in 8-10person ridgeback tents according to age, with the tent and senior leaders in adjacent tents.  
What to bring:
Bible and notebook
Sleeping bag, pillow and blanket - it gets cold at night!
Towel and wash stuff
Clothes and shoes for the week
Waterproof coat in case of rain, sturdy shoes and some warm clothes
Torch - safety requirement
Swimming gear
​A small amount of spending money
Any medication - to be handed in at the start of the week
​Sun cream and a hat
What not to bring:
Mobile phones - Campers are not allowed mobile phones on camp, please leave them at home. Leaders will have them as a safety requirement.
​
Matches or anything else which has a naked flame

Knives/Blades/Multitools

Anything valuable! All your possessions will be your own responsibility, so please consider leaving any valuables at home.
